Shipping
Freight cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Most pieces can be shipped by USPS First class mail for $6, which includes delivery confirmation/tracking and insurance. Other USPS shipping options including Priority, Express, and O/N guaranteed are available upon request.
Timeframe
I do my very best to make sure all orders are prepared, shipped, and received in a timely manner. However, both my traveling show schedule and the availability of wings can interfere with preparation and shipping. If I suspect a possible delay, I will let you know upon receipt of the order.
Jewelry Care
Like all fine jewelry, the sterling silver jewelry from PhbeaD should be handled carefully. When not being worn, store jewelry in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably in original packaging. Clean your sterling silver with a jewelers silver polishing cloth as needed. Do NOT use silver dips or other chemical silver cleaners as these substances may compromise the integrity of the resin. Also avoid wearing jewelry while showering or swimming, as extreme moisture or humidity may cause discoloration.
Sales Policy
All sales are final. However, exchanges may be made within 14 days of purchase or ship date. Repairs to damaged items are evaluated individually with shipping to be paid by the customer.
